A legal disclaimer
WildCue Animal Training & Consulting maintains a clear refund policy to ensure fairness for both clients and our team. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable, and missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Multi-session programs, such as mentorships and ongoing training, are non-refundable once started, though partial refunds may be issued if canceled before the first session. If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on WildCue’s end, we will reschedule at no extra charge, or a full refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible. WildCue is not liable for training outcomes, behavioral changes, or external factors affecting results, and clients assume full responsibility for following training plans and safety protocols. Refund Policy
✅ Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice:
Clients who cancel their booking at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe).
✅ Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable due to the time and resources allocated for the appointment.
✅ No-Shows & Missed Sessions:
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
✅ Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their session once if they provide at least 24 hours' notice before the originally scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a session will not be accepted.
✅ Refunds for Multi-Session Programs & Mentorships:

Programs involving multiple sessions (e.g., mentorships, partnerships, long-term training programs) are non-refundable once started.

If a program is canceled before the first session, a partial refund may be issued based on services already provided or administrative costs.
✅ Refunds for Technical Issues or Service Interruptions:

If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues on WildCue’s end, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

WildCue is not responsible for connectivity issues, software malfunctions, or user-related technical problems preventing participation in a session.

WildCue is not liable for cancellations due to external events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

By booking a service with WildCue, clients acknowledge that training outcomes are not guaranteed, as results depend on animal temperament, handler consistency, and external factors. Clients assume full responsibility for following training plans, safety protocols, and assessing environmental risks, particularly for free flight training. WildCue is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages related to training implementation or participation.
